  • EPS-1000 is a electrolytic polishing agent for stainless steel with additives mixed in sulfuric acid bath, which is used for obtaining a beautiful high bright in most of stainless-steel materials. One solution process for both make-up and replenish makes it possible to easy control

Advantages

  • Possible to obtain uniform and level surface as good as in the phosphoric/sulfuric bath
  • Economical in mass processing due to time reduction as it can be reduce the buffing operation
  • Preferentially polishing the surface protrusions for reducing surface friction more than mechanical polishing
  • As it can improve the appearance of the material, the compressive stress and ductility that occur during metal processing can be suppressed or reduced
