Explanation
- EPS-2000 is a electrolytic polishing agent for stainless steel with additives mixed in phosphoric acid/sulfuric acid bath, which is used for obtaining a beautiful high gloss in most of stainless-steel materials. One solution process for both make-up and replenish makes it possible to easy control
Advantages
- Possible to obtain more uniform surface and better leveling than in the phosphoric/sulfuric bath
- Economical in mass processing due to time reduction as it can be reduce the buffing operation
- Preferentially polishing the surface protrusions for reducing surface friction more than mechanical polishing
- As it can improve the appearance of the material, the compressive stress and ductility that occur during metal processing can be suppressed or reduced
